Every Fringe & Flame hat is handcrafted and made to order. This listing allows you to reserve your custom hat and begin the design process.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Hat
Select your preferred hat color from the available inventory before adding your order to the cart. Only hats currently in stock will be available to purchase.

Step 2: Reserve Your Hat
Complete your purchase by paying the initial hat deposit, which reserves your selected hat and secures your place in my production schedule.

Step 3: Design Your Hat
After your order is placed, you’ll receive a link to my Custom Hat Design Form where you’ll choose all of your custom details, including:

• Hat band (ribbon, bandana, leather, cord, etc.)
• Feathers, charms, gems, fabric, cards, matches, and other add-ons
• Your custom burned name, phrase, logo, or artwork (please note: palm leaf hats cannot be burned or branded)
• Inspiration photos (optional)
• Any additional design notes

Step 4: Final Invoice
Once I’ve reviewed your design selections, I’ll send you a final invoice for any customization add-ons you’ve selected. Your hat will move into production once the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Step 5: Handmade Just for You
Your custom hat will be carefully handcrafted, burned, and assembled before being shipped directly to you.

• The price of this listing covers the hat and initial deposit only. Customization charges are invoiced separately after your design form has been reviewed.
• Production time begins once your final invoice has been paid.
• Because every Fringe & Flame hat is handmade and customized specifically for each customer, all custom hat sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.
• Slight variations in burning, placement, leather, fabric, and natural materials are part of the handcrafted process and make every hat one of a kind.
