Step 1 | Reserve Your Custom Hat

Visit our Dream Chaser Collection and purchase Custom Hats by Nila. This reserves your place in our custom order queue and allows you to select the hat blank you’d like us to customize.

Step 2 | Complete the Fringe & Flame Custom Hat Order Form

After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Fringe & Flame Custom Hat Order Form. This link will also be attached to your receipt upon purchase.

This is where your vision comes to life! Tell us about your style, send inspiration photos, choose your favorite colors, and share any meaningful details, names, brands, hobbies, quotes, or special touches you’d like incorporated into your custom design.

Step 3 | Design Review & Final Invoice

Once we’ve reviewed your order form, we’ll finalize your design details and email you a Final Invoice based on your requested customizations.

Production will begin once your final invoice has been paid.

Step 4 | We Create Your Hat

Your hat is then handcrafted from start to finish with carefully selected embellishments and attention to every detail. Because each piece is made by hand, no two hats will ever be exactly alike.

Step 5 | Wear Your Story

Your one-of-a-kind Custom Hat by Nila is on its way! We hope it becomes a piece you reach for time and time again.
